Hello and Happy May!

What an honor it has been to serve as your Director this past month! We’ve made it through the transition with flying colors and we are so happy to be here. I want to thank each of you for the warm welcome you have provided to myself and the entire team. We are delighted to be a part of the Molalla Adult Community Center and all that it provides.

I am full of thanks for all the volunteers who have devoted their time and energy in maintaining the Center. Thanks to all who continue to drive, serve, teach, and work diligently to provide for our valuable Seniors. We are grateful for all that you do.

We also had two successful clean up parties during the month of April. Thanks to all who participated in these events. The building looks phenomenal!

My heart is full of joy that the Center that was so near to closing has remained open and that the community has stepped forward to volunteer and assist wherever they are needed. It is because of all of the amazing volunteers I have the utmost faith that this Center is going to be successful and wonderful for many years to come.

It was once said to me, “With love and hard work, you can accomplish anything.” We are living proof of this now.

Thanks for all the love you’ve poured into the Center, and thanks for all of the hard work. With these things, we are accomplishing a wonderful and powerful revival of the Adult Center and to think, we’re just at the beginning.
